In recent years,
wood pellet mill has been used widely all over the world. Many factors affect the wood pellet quality, among which the most basic aspect is the operation of wood pellet mill, especially for the new purchased pellet mill. Grinding, cooling and maintenance are the aspects should be considered when it comes to the operation of new purchased
wood pellet mill.
The new purchased wood pellet mill is debugged simply by the manufacturers to ensure the normal discharge. Therefore, the sufficient and reasonable grinding between roller and die before formal use is particularly important. Because both the roller and die are heat-treated parts, during the heat treatment process, there will be some burr in the bore of the ring die, which would block the flow and molding of materials. So the users should make the pellet mill grinding in strict accordance with the instructions in the pellet mill operation manual.
The press roller plays an essential role in pressing the materials into the die hole and pushing the back materials forward, thus achieving the purpose of molding. When the pellet mill is in operation, the operating temperature of the roller is extremely high. Then it is high time to supply oil timely and reasonably to ensure the lubrication between the parts of pellet mill. Besides, efficient heat dissipation can lengthen the working life of press roller, consequently, ensuring the stability of wood pellet mill capacity.
Maintenance
The new purchased wood pellet mill should not be fed into too many raw materials. The output of new pellet mill is a little lower than the rated output, and it will reach to the rated output after the run-in period. The wood pellet mill has high labor intensity and load, which makes the continuous tracking monitoring necessary during the whole process of pellets production. The electricity, voltage, dust, pellet status, oil injection quantity should be checked continuously, which are helpful to process failure in time and change the easy-wear parts quickly to ensure the continuity of productive process.
